Hetzner is the best value in VPS hosting, period. For €3.29/month you get 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, and 40GB SSD — specs that would cost $20+ from other providers. I run several side projects on Hetzner and have never had reliability issues.

The catch is the support. For critical issues they respond quickly, but general questions can take hours. If you need hand-holding, DigitalOcean is better. If you know your way around a Linux server, Hetzner saves you serious money.
